Founder & Principal Agent
Brett founded James B. Solutions to bring hands-on, specialized coverage to community associations and small businesses. He holds CLCS and PLCS designations.

Cole
Chief Technology Officer
Cole leads all technology and digital strategy at James B. Solutions. He built the company's web platform, integrated payment and quoting systems, and manages the infrastructure that keeps JBS running smoothly. With a background in software engineering and systems architecture, he ensures the team has the tools to serve clients efficiently.
